Where do we ship:

We are currently set up to ship to all Canadian provinces excluding a few remote areas. If you are outside of our shipping area, please email with your delivery address and the product you are interested in and we will get back to you with shipping costs.  


Can I give the delivery driver special instructions?

At this time, we’re not set up for that so the best solution is to put a note on your door; however, the delivery of the package is at the discretion of the driver.

If you place a large order, most couriers will call to schedule delivery so you will be able to give instructions then. 


How long does it take:


British Columbia: 1-3 days

Alberta: 2-4 days

Saskatchewan: 3-5 days

Manitoba: 3-5 days

Ontario: 4-6 days

Quebec: 4-6 days

New Brunswick: 6-8 days

Nova Scotia: 6-8 days

Prince Edward Island: 6-8 days

Newfoundland and Labrador: 9-11 days


Shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses. For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately or on different delivery dates. 

Estimates apply to in-stock items and are based on standard parcel service, subject to carrier delay.

Delivery times can vary based on the carrier used and other factors like traffic and weather.

Please note that rural or remote areas may experience additional delays of 1-2 days.


Shipping Exceptions

Some remote postal codes are not eligible for Free/Standard Shipping. See below for some examples.


1. Areas where carrier fees are prohibitively high. (Some small islands, locations requiring air shipping etc.)

2. Areas with the following FSAs (first half of Canadian postal codes):

J0M - Nunavik, QC 
X0A - Qikiqtaaluk Region, NT 
X0B - Kitikmeot Region, NU 
X0C - Kivalliq Region, NU 
X0E - Central Northwest Territories, NT 
X0G - Southwestern Northwest Territories, NT 
Y0A - Southeastern Yukon, YT 
Y0B - Central Yukon, YT 


For some rural areas, extra shipping charges may be required. In those cases, we will contact you for approval before processing your order. We are working on a system to use real time rates so we can service all of Canada better. We hope to implement it soon and appreciate your patience.

Return Policy:  

You have 90 days from delivery to return any product in new condition for a full refund including shipping.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.

Please note: Due to covid, some items may not be able to be returned. If you are concerned about being able to return a product please email to ask about the product you are considering. 

Please note: If you are returning part of an order, discounts may be recalculated based off of the product kept. If you want to exchange, please email so we can make sure you get the best deal possible.


Change/Cancel Order:

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at If for some reason we don't catch it in time, you can just ship the order back to us free of charge.


Did your order arrive damaged?

We don’t expect anything to arrive damaged or defective but on the rare occasion something is, please let us know and we will send a replacement or if you prefer, issue you a refund.

Please email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you can, please send pictures of the damaged box and product so we can talk to our carrier about it.



How to process a return:


Please contact with your order number and what you would like to return.

We will arrange returns shipping for you.


Once we confirm receipt and condition of the return, a refunds will be made using the same method payment was made. Cash payments, electronic and bank transfers will be refunded by cheque.
